Don Beck Collision Services guarantees for the life of
your vehicle, workmanship and material, on body and paint repairs completed under the work
order number indicated below. This guarantee is valid, while the vehicle is in possession
of, and registered to, the owner as written below. All parts supplied for the repair are
subject to, manufacture or suppliers guarantees. Conditions resulting from unreasonable
use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle, are not covered under this guarantee.
